Marketing Manager

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at our office in Cyprus or remotely. 

Responsibilities:

• Build the marketing function from scratch and define the product promotion strategy
• Develop the product brand and contribute to positioning
• Generate and test marketing hypotheses (with a focus on efficient low-budget channels)
• Grow the company’s digital presence: manage and develop channels (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
• Participate in conference preparation: positioning, booth setup, marketing materials, and merchandise
• Analyze the market, competitors, and target audience to identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with the design team
• Align with sales and product teams to effectively position and present the product

Key competencies:

• Experience in B2B marketing (fintech is a plus)
• Experience in product marketing
• Experience in SMM and content creation (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
• Ability to work with hypotheses and run experiments
• Nice to have: experience with Figma or similar tools for creating marketing materials
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
