We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Build hypotheses around the target audience and the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Build a pipeline and source contacts
  • Conduct research and create personalized outreach sequences
  • Run outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Telegram)
  • Qualify leads (discovery calls)
  • Schedule meetings for the Sales Manager
  • Maintain CRM
  • Attend conferences (optional)

Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR or Sales Manager
  • Experience with sales tools (Apollo, Getsales, Clay, Instantly, Snov.io, Lemlist, Apify, and other scraping/data collection tools)
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience in setting up outreach infrastructure independently
  • Experience using AI for outreach
  • Technical mindset and interest in automating workflows
  • Experience with fintech products
  • Experience working with clients in high-risk industries (iGaming, FX trading)
